PROGRAM SUMMARY
MaxPro Hockey Club is proud to offer our Red Machine Summer Clinics, designed to deliver an elite hockey training experience through a blend of high-performance on-ice instruction and comprehensive off-ice athletic development. Each clinic operates as a standalone week, allowing families the flexibility to register for one or multiple sessions based on their summer plans.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Red Machine clinics offer a structured, high-energy hockey training environment focused on skill development, athletic progression, and confidence building.
On-Ice Skill Development
Players receive targeted instruction in:
- Skating technique and edge control
- Puckhandling, deception, and puck protection
- Shooting and scoring techniques
- Checking concepts and body positioning
- Small-area games and situational awareness
Off-Ice Training & Athletic Development
Sessions reinforce:
- Speed, agility, and footwork
- Plyometrics and jump mechanics
- Strength, stability, and conditioning
- Flexibility and mobility
- Stickhandling and shooting (including synthetic ice stations)
- Coordination, athleticism, and hockey-specific movement patterns
Each clinic provides a balanced training day that supports both athletic growth and player confidence.

Off-ice sessions will utilize Millennium Park, a 100-acre outdoor recreation area featuring fields, a track, multi-sport facilities, and scenic trails—an ideal setting for high-performance athletic training.

REGISTRATION CAPACITY:
Each program accepts 35 players total. Registration will automatically close once a clinic reaches capacity.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
MaxPro Hockey Club maintains a no-discount policy. We do not offer discounts for siblings, multi-week registrations, referrals, teams, or early registration. All families pay the standard program rate.
Registration Rules
- All registrations must be completed online through SportsEngine.
- No in-person, cash, or check payments are accepted.
- Spots fill in the order registrations are received.
Drop Policy
All registrations are final:
- No refunds
- No credits
- No transfers
- No make-ups
Courtesy Drop Date: May 15, 2026
Families may withdraw on or before this date; however, no refund or credit is provided. The spot will be offered to a waitlisted player.
Waitlists
All clinics maintain waitlists, which are free to join. Open spots are offered strictly in waitlist order, with notifications sent to the SportsEngine account email.
Curbside Procedure
- Staff supervise all curbside drop-off and pick-up.
- Drivers remain in their vehicles.
- Parents and caregivers may not enter the facility during these times.
- Staff escort players to locker rooms and back outside at dismissal.
- Drop-off may occur no earlier than 30 minutes before start time.
- Pick-up must occur within 15 minutes after dismissal.
- Early drop-offs and early pick-ups are not permitted; if a player must leave early, they should not attend that day.
Timely pick-up is expected to ensure a smooth experience for all families.
Medications
- Must be handed directly to staff at check-in.
- Must include dosage instructions and the participant’s full name.
- Must be in original labeled packaging.
- Returned daily at pick-up.
- May not be kept in player bags.
Food & Hydration
MaxPro does not provide food, snacks, water, or sports drinks. Families must pack:
- Lunch (no refrigerator or microwave available)
- Multiple snacks
- Water and sports drinks
- A labeled water bottle
Food delivery apps are not permitted.
Snacks do not need to be nut-free.
General Safety
- Electronics remain in bags; they may be used only during lunch.
- Sunscreen should be applied before arrival; reapplication is available.
- Off-ice training occurs both indoors and outdoors; staff monitor weather and adjust as needed.
- Locker rooms are locked overnight; equipment may remain inside.
- Fresh clothing for both on-ice and off-ice training is required daily.
- Only athletes and coaches may enter locker rooms.
- Off-ice footwear must be sneakers or training shoes (no Crocs, slides, sandals, or open-toe shoes).
On-Ice Equipment
- Full protective gear
- Practice jersey and hockey socks
- Skates
- Stick(s) and tape
- Multiple changes of on-ice attire
Off-Ice Clothing
- Athletic shorts and T-shirts
- Sneakers (mandatory)
- Performance socks
- Sun protection (hat optional)
Food & Hydration
- Lunch
- Multiple snacks
- Water and sports drinks
- Labeled water bottle
Electronics
Only necessary items; to remain in bags except at lunch
All official program communication—including updates, reminders, and waitlist notifications—will be sent to the SportsEngine Motion account email used at registration.
Families are responsible for:
- Keeping account information accurate
- Checking email regularly (including spam/promotions folders)
- Monitoring time-sensitive notifications
